These Terms govern access to Go Live NYC websites, planned mobile applications, administrative and event tools, and related services (the "Services") owned and operated by Go Live Vegas, LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Go Live NYC is a planned discovery, entertainment, event, travel, nightlife, food, advertising and local-information platform for New York City and the surrounding area. Features may include live streams, events, schedules, maps, vendors, guests, sponsors, tickets, offers, listings, news, sports, weather and other content.
2. Informational Platform
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go Live Vegas, LLC does not own, operate, supervise, inspect, endorse or guarantee third-party events, venues, vendors, performers, hotels, transportation, ticket sellers or offers. Information can change without notice. Confirm time, price, availability, age restrictions, accessibility and other important details directly with the responsible third party.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of credentials and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, policy violations or other lawful reasons.
4. User and Business Content
If you submit text, images, video, logos, maps, schedules, listings or other material, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions. You grant Go Live Vegas, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute and use that content to operate, market and improve the Services. You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content.
5. Event Hubs and Live Information
Schedules, maps, guests, vendors, sponsors, giveaways, live status and other event information may be supplied by third parties and may change, be delayed or be canceled. A live marker or venue status is not a guarantee of availability, safety, licensing or accuracy.
6. Paid Services, Advertising and Affiliates
The Services may include paid placements, subscriptions, sponsored listings and affiliate links. Payment may be processed by Stripe, Apple, Google or other providers. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees may be non-refundable once service begins, content is published or inventory is reserved. Third parties are responsible for their own prices, offers, products, refunds, services and claims.
7. Location and Safety
Location-based features depend on permissions, GPS accuracy, connectivity and third-party data. You are responsible for your safety, transportation, purchases, bookings, attendance and interactions. Do not use the Services while driving or in an unsafe manner. Follow applicable laws, venue rules and public-safety instructions.
8. Third-Party Services
Links and integrations may lead to ticketing, hotel, mapping, ride-share, payment, social, streaming and other third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, privacy practices, purchases or conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, design, branding, text, graphics and logos are owned by Go Live Vegas, LLC or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with or misuse the Services except as permitted by law or written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not violate law; submit false, harmful or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; abuse accounts or tools; misrepresent identity or affiliation; commit fraud, spam or harassment; or circumvent security, access, payment or content controls.
11. Copyright
Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Copyright Policy.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability and reliability.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, property damage, third-party conduct, event changes, cancellations, purchases, bookings or reliance on information in the Services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Go Live Vegas, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, partners and providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use, content, violation of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of rights.
15. Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Services. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Legal actions must be brought in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
