Go Live Vegas, LLC ("Go Live Vegas," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates Go Live NYC, the website at golive.nyc, planned mobile applications, administrative tools, event tools and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains our information practices.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, business or organization information, preferences, messages, support requests, event and listing details, and content you submit such as text, photos, videos, logos, schedules, maps or other media.
Information collected automatically
We may collect device type, operating system, browser, app version, IP address, technical identifiers, app or website interactions, page and screen views, taps, clicks, ad or affiliate interactions, crash reports, diagnostics, performance information and push-notification tokens or delivery status.
Location information
With your permission, the mobile apps may collect precise or approximate location to provide maps, nearby discovery, directions, live or venue features, event analytics, food-vendor availability, nightlife features, safety and service-integrity checks. You can change location permissions in your device settings, but some features may not work without them.
Payments
Paid placements, subscriptions or other purchases may be processed by third parties such as Stripe, Apple or Google. We do not store full payment-card numbers in the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure and improve the Services; personalize and display New York-area content; provide accounts, event tools, maps, live features, notifications and support; measure performance and advertising; prevent abuse and fraud; comply with law; and enforce our Terms.
3. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, traffic analysis, performance, advertising or affiliate measurement. Browser settings can be used to manage cookies.
4. Third-Party Services
We may work with hosting, cloud, analytics, security, email, crash-reporting, mapping, streaming, payment, ticketing, hotel, affiliate, advertising, ride-share, social-media, app-store and push-notification providers. These providers may process information under their own policies and terms.
5. Advertising and Affiliate Content
The Services may show paid advertisements, sponsored listings, promoted content, event placements and affiliate links. We may measure views, taps, clicks, conversions and referrals, and may earn money from certain interactions. Third-party advertisers and partners are responsible for their own offers, terms, availability and privacy practices.
6. Public and Business Content
Content submitted for public listings, events, vendors, sponsors, creators or other published features may be displayed publicly. Submitters are responsible for having the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that operate or support the Services; payment and business partners as needed to complete a requested service; organizers, clients or vendors when necessary for an event or business feature; legal authorities when required; or a successor in a merger, financing, sale or transfer. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define certain targeted advertising or data sharing more broadly; available choices are described on our Privacy Choices page.
8. Data Retention
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, provide support, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legitimate business needs. Backups, logs and aggregated statistics may remain for a reasonable period.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can control location and push permissions in device settings, manage cookies in your browser, unsubscribe from marketing where offered, and request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply. Visit Privacy Choices and Data Requests or email info@golive.vegas with the subject "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity before acting.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
12. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other places where our providers operate.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The revised policy will be posted with a new last-updated date.
